The PRX is the reason Tissot dominates this price bracket. Launched in 2021 as a revival of a 1978 design, it delivered an integrated-bracelet Swiss automatic with sapphire and an 80-hour reserve at $650. Nothing else at the price offered that combination, and the entire category has since been chasing it. Beyond the PRX, the Seastar line covers dive watches with ceramic bezels and 300 m ratings, and the Gentleman line covers dress. Tissot's weak point is consistently the clasp.
