Two things define Citizen at this price. Eco-Drive turns any light source into stored power, giving quartz accuracy with no maintenance — the Promaster divers are the clearest expression of it, combining solar with ISO 6425 certification. Separately, the Tsuyosa brought the integrated-bracelet look to a $300 price point using a Miyota 8210. Citizen's weakness is consistency of finishing: the same catalogue contains genuinely impressive watches and forgettable ones at similar prices.
