The pressed sunburst dial, the box crystal and the 11.8 mm case are all specifications the Bambino does not attempt, and the 4R35 hacks and hand-winds where the Bambino's F6724 does neither. But the Bambino is $145, and at that price the domed crystal and applied indices remain remarkable. Buy the Bambino as a first mechanical watch and the Presage as the one you keep.

No. The Bambino is rated to 30 m and the Presage to 50 m, both with push-pull crowns. Both are specified for rain and hand-washing only.
Which suits a smaller wrist?
They are almost identical in span — 47 mm against 47.9 mm — but the Presage is 1.4 mm thinner. Orient also produces 38 mm Bambino references for smaller wrists.
